AirBadge users can now download a Calendar ICS file from their AirBadge home screen and the My Appointments screen.
When validating a badge application, staff can reset the vetting choices during the first step of of the validation process.
Administrative Updates (You might notice these)
- Improved processes for managing training in AirBadge. Reach out to AirBadge support if you are interested in integrating your training with AirBadge.
- Column headers were labeled incorrectly when exporting .csv files from the “Files” screen in AirBadge. Our team has resolved this issue.
- When validating badge applications, document expiration dates are now displayed with the month written out in full instead of numerically.
- Expiration dates will no longer appear at the top of badge applications in the Issue phase.
- Improved session stability for users when enrolling an AirBadge kiosk.
- Resolved an issue where CHRC requirements were not being fully removed if they were updated during the badge application validation process.
- Added tracking when a background check begins for a badge application.
