Login with phone number: AirBadge users can now use either their email address or their enrolled mobile phone number to log in.

Changes in the badge application process for applicants:
During the badge application process, AirBadge offers additional information and prompts certain individuals to submit additional identity documents. AirBadge now asks applicants who are Naturalized Citizens to optionally supply a N-550 or N-570 in addition to a US passport. Omitting the information could result in significant delays or even failure during the vetting process. Badge applicants can learn more and retrieve their most recent I-94 form at: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home
A warning message will show if an individual has applied for a badge with a driving endorsement and has not included a driver’s license with their documents. The user is advised: “The badge you are applying for requires a valid drivers license failure to provide. This document may result in the application being denied. “
Changes for Payments:
Payment Quick Filters: for our Airports using payments, New quick filters allow you to view payments from the current month, last month, or a custom date range.
Payment Rate Classes: For our airports using payments: TAs and ASCs can now configure rate classes in Tools & Settings and apply them to badge applications at the company level. This custom rate class overrides the default badge application payment settings.
For example: Create a contractor rate class and apply it to only SIDA badge applications for specific contractor companies.
Administrative Updates (You might notice these)
- Our Revalidation Threshold Report now includes all active badges, including badges of a deactivated badge type.
- AirBadge will not create action items from TSC updates if the individual is marked as TSC exempt.
- Our issue badge summary date now displays the current date.
- For PACS-connected airports: automatic badge re-activation from AirBadge is not allowed.
- Administrative Tools: We’ve enhanced administrative tools available to AirBadge Support. Our team can now easily modify badge application notification messages and update the names of endorsements and badge types.
- Card and Badge Number are the same: If your badges use the same number for both card and badge, contact support to enable a setting that ensures the badge number and card number are identical for new badges.
