Our team has released these updates to all AirBadge environments.
Visible Updates (The ones you see)
AirBadge now supports a new workflow for STA exempt badge applicants. To enable this setting for an exempt company, navigate to the Company Details screen. Select Yes under Is this company STA exempt?
- New badge applications created under exempt companies will automatically be marked as exempt from the STA requirement.
- Existing badge holders in these companies should also be manually marked as exempt to access the new workflow.
Badge applicants with an exemption will have an option to bypass ID document upload requirements.
Adjust training appointments during badge applications: Trusted agents can choose a different training appointment required for a badge application during validation. Reach out to our support team if you are interested in using this new feature.
