AirBadge 3.45 Release Notes

New Features

• Extend Badge Application Expiration: Trusted agents can now extend badge application expiration by 30 days during the Authorize phase if the badge application is within 7 days of expiring.

Visible Updates (The ones you see)

• Calendar enhancements: more safeguards to prevent appointments from being re-scheduled outside of defined badge office hours.
• AirBadge prevents the deletion of badge office resources if it has upcoming appointments or if it is the only resource configured to handle a specific appointment type.
• The Lost Badge Form and Endorsement Change Form now correctly indicate the signatory requesting the change.

Administrative Updates (You might notice these)

• When a signatory is referenced on a file, AirBadge now lists the correctly associated signatory.
• AirBadge can now send CBP endorsement information to TSC. Reach out to AirBadge support if you are interested in this functionality.
• Improved image compression for TSC file size limits.
• Form assignment notifications now show the correct expiration date.
