New Features
We’ve introduced a new badge application action for ASC and TA users: “Complete without Issuance.” This “soft closure” option becomes available in the issue phase and can be used if the badge was issued outside of the badge application workflow or a badge does not need to be issued.
By selecting Complete without Issuance instead of terminating the badge application, the generated Badge Application PDF is preserved and all identity documents collected during the process are retained.
Vetting Dashboard Updates: ASC and TA users can now review individuals scheduled for TSC archival and manually postpone archival by 30 days if needed.
New Reports are available from the Reports page:
- Cancelled Rap Backs: Rap Back cancelled automatically
- TSC Archivals: Individuals who have been archived at TSC
Administrative Updates (You might notice these)
- Updated notification logic to ensure badge application updates are only sent to users who currently have a signatory role.
- Added support for a banner message at the top of AirBadge. This tool allows AirBadge Support to communicate important system updates.
- Data Export Fixes: Improved exporting on the Keys, Companies, and Signatories data grids.
- Ops Role: Fixed an issue allowing users with the Ops Role to report a lost badge.
- Improved Training Sync: Improvements to IET, Digicast, and AirTera training integrations will retrieve training accomplishments more consistently.
