These updates are live now in all AirBadge Environments.
New Features
- An automation is now available that terminates badges in a “Suspended” status after a specific number of days. To enable it, visit Tools & Settings > Automations > Suspended Badges.
Visible Updates (The ones you see)
- Stop List emails: new options of 15, 30, or 45 minutes are available if your airport needs more frequent Stop List updates. Make changes at Tools & Settings > Automations > Stop List.
- SSN Validation Alert: During the badge application validation phase, a notice will appear if an applicant has not provided a Social Security Number.
- PACS Communication Alerts: If AirBadge loses connectivity with your access control system, a banner will appear at the top of your AirBadge screen alerting you to notify your IT team.
- Training Accomplishment retrieval improvements
Administrative Updates (You might notice these)
- The FS-240 document will no longer ask the applicant for a document number and will default to FS-240 when transmitting to TSC.
- The Certificate of Naturalization document number is now required if present. Badge applicants with this document will see instructions in AirBadge about where to find the number.
- Company Types can now be renamed without affecting reporting.
- AirBadge now detects if Chrome is blocking local network access and will notify you if fingerprint scanner issues are detected.
- A badge applicant can now use the same file more than once as they gather their documents.
