New Features
- New Missing STA Action Item: A new daily action item will now appear if AirBadge detects that an individual is missing an STA.
- Badge Type Issuance Restrictions: Badge Types can now be restricted from issuance on a company basis. Visit Company > Company Details > Badge Types to set restrictions for signatory requests by badge type.
- Escort Endorsement Thresholds: Thresholds can now be set per company. The Escort Ratios Report by Badge Type will display an indicator when at or over the threshold.
Visible Updates (The ones you see)
- Welcome email changes: An update is required to your AirBadge welcome email to take advantage of our new “User Invited” workflow. Coordinate with our support team to learn when the update is enabled in your environment. Make updates to your “User Invited” message at Tools & Settings > Notifications > Accounts > User Invited. Find a sample message here.
- Name Suffix Display: Suffixes now appear in full name fields on the Badge Applications, Badges, and People data grids to help distinguish between individuals.
- Inactive Badge Count Column: Added to the Companies and Signatories data grids.
- Date Filters: Most date columns across data grids now support date filtering.
- Violations & Action Items Data Table: Updated to the latest UX.
Administrative Updates (You might notice these)
- Reduced Email Notifications for invalid email addresses.
- If your airport uses our Company Divisions / Sub-companies feature, a “parent company” column is now available.
- AirTera Training Group Caching (SSI / AirTera integrations only): Training Group data is now cached in AirBadge, reducing loading time when assigning training.
