New Features

Signatory report for expiring drivers licenses

  • Signatory Reports Menu: Signatories now have a dedicated Reports menu for accessing signatory-specific reports.
  • Expiring Driver’s Licenses Report for Signatories: Signatories can review a new report at Reports > Expiring Driver’s Licenses. This report shows all badge holders with driver’s licenses expiring within the next 30 days, within the signatory’s company. Columns are sortable, filterable, and exportable to CSV. Company Managers see an additional toggle to include sub-companies.
  • Archived People Report: If your airport is using our User Data Retention tool, ASCs and TAs can now review a report showing all individuals permanently removed by AirBadge’s data retention settings, including their name, airport person ID, and archival date.
  • Company Contacts: This feature, intended for record keeping, allows ASCs and TAs to save contact information on any company record using a new Contacts tab. Each contact entry includes name, title, and notes. Contacts saved are not required to be an active AirBadge user.

Visible Updates (The ones you see)

  • Daily Stop list Emails: Fixed an intermittent issue where daily stop list notifications were not consistently delivered.
  • Badge Deactivated & Not Collected Emails: Fixed an issue where badge deactivation notifications were not being delivered to all signatories when “email all signatories in a company” is enabled.

Administrative Updates (You might notice these)

  • AirTera Login Sync: AirBadge now updates the badge holder’s username and password each time roles and workgroups from AirTera are updated.
