Enhanced Document Scanning: During the document scanning step, AirBadge now reads text directly from uploaded driver’s licenses and passports. Details such as document number, expiration date, and issuing state are available as selectable options.
- The data is available for applicants to select and confirm during later steps of the badge application.
- Every field stays editable. Applicants must review and correct any incorrect data.

Signatory is now an available column on the people screen, and AirBadge now displays an indicator on the data table if the individual has a signatory role.
Visible Updates
- Editable Review Screen: Applicants can now edit information shown on the review screen, jumping back to change any item from the final review screen.
- Stop List PDF updates: Improvements to the Stop List PDF for airports that send the PDF attachment in their Stop List distribution settings.
Administrative Updates
- CBP Workflow: Enhanced flexibility for airports using the CBP workflow. “Submitted on” column on for CBP review queue now displays correctly, even for STA-exempt individuals.
