Yes. Paper applications are supported in AirBadge for applicants who are unable to complete the process digitally. This includes individuals who do not use computers or who require additional assistance.
When a paper application is used, your office completes the application process on the applicant’s behalf using the Scan Documents and Complete Application action. This takes approximately 10 minutes of staff time.
