AirBadge adds badges to the Stop List based on badge status and whether the badge has been marked as collected. Find your airport’s Stop List at Reports > Stop List.
Immediate Stop List inclusion
Badges deactivated with any of the following statuses are added to the Stop List immediately:
- Lost
- Stolen
- Destroyed
Terminated badges: inclusion after a grace period
Badges deactivated with a Terminated status are added to the Stop List after a configurable grace period. The grace period can be set by an ASC or TA user.
To view or adjust your airport’s grace period, go to Tools & Settings > Automations > Stop List.
Suspended badges: not added to Stop List
Suspended badges are excluded from the Stop List by default. However, airports can configure AirBadge to automatically terminate Suspended badges after a set number of days at Tools & Settings > Automations > Suspended Badges. Once auto-terminated, the standard Terminated grace period applies and the badge will be added to the Stop List after that period elapses.
Unaccounted-for badges
An unaccounted-for badge will not be on the Stop List if:
- It was Terminated and the grace period hasn’t elapsed yet. The badge is unaccounted for the moment it’s deactivated without collection, but is added to the Stop List when grace period expires.
- It was Suspended and no auto-terminate automation is configured. A badge is excluded from Stop List as long as it remains in Suspended status.
- It was Suspended, auto-terminate is configured, but the termination hasn’t occurred yet.
About badge collection: Users with a TA or ASC role can use the Receive Badge action on the Badge Details screen to mark a badge as collected. AirBadge records the collected date and the person who collected it. Once collected, a badge is removed from the unaccounted-for list and the Stop List.
