A badge that is marked as retained in AirBadge is kept active at TSC and should be securely stored by the badge office. Therefore, only AirBadge users with a trusted agent role or higher are able to mark a badge as retained. Signatories are not able mark a badge as retained.
If a signatory would like to request retained status for a badge:
- Change the badge status to suspended.
- Collect the badge and return the badge to the badge office.
- Advise your badge office that the status should be changed to retained and the badge should be securely stored.
