These optional forms let Authorized Signers to initiate badge tasks directly in AirBadge. Reach to AirBadge support to enable these workflows in your environment.
Lost Badge Workflow
Authorized Signers can report a lost badge from the Badges screen. The form captures details, collects a digital signature, and creates a form entry for review by the badge office.
Signatory Workflow
- Open the Badges screen and select Lost Badge.
- Enter required details and complete the digital form.
- Provide your signature and submit.
- The system deactivates the badge and stores the signed PDF; notifications are sent automatically.
Badge Office Workflow
- The badge is automatically deactivated.
- A signed PDF from the signatory is generated and appears under the badge office Forms screen.
- Notifications can be sent to the badge office, the company, and the badge holder
- Badge office staff can proceed with next steps from the Form screen (e.g., scheduling a replacement).
Endorsement & Privilege Change Requests
Signatories can request changes to a badge holder’s endorsements or privileges from the Badge Details screen.
Signatory Workflow
- Open the Badge Details screen and select Endorsement Change.
- Specify the requested change (e.g., Driving) and the reason.
- Review, sign, and submit.
- The system generates a signed PDF and routes the request to the badge office for action.
Badge Office Workflow
- A signed PDF of the request is generated and appears under the badge office Forms screen.
- The request includes the specific change and the reason.
- Notifications can be sent to the badge holder, the company, and the badge office for visibility.
