An individual may hold badges with multiple companies. If they do not have a badge with your company, you won’t be able to view their profile or badge. This is intentional and helps protect personal information.
If you need to create a badge application for someone who already has an AirBadge account under another company, you have two options:
Option 1:
Create the application as a new individual, using the exact same name and email already in AirBadge. The system will match the account and notify the applicant.
Option 2:
Ask your badge office to create the application. Signatories can only see individuals tied to their own company, but badge office staff can see all airport users and can start the application on your behalf. You will only see details for the badge associated with your company.
