I have an employee that lost his airport badge. What should I do to get a new badge?

Only active badges nearing their expiration date are eligible for renewal. A badge that is reported as lost or stolen will not be able to be renewed.

Depending on the policies at your airport, you may need to complete a Lost Badge Form or review your badge office’s policies for lost badges.

To start the process of applying for a new badge to replace the lost badge, select the “Start process” button on the badge applications screen. You’ll need to re-enter the badge type, endorsements, and other details about the badge.
