AirBadge does not store mailing address information by default. If you need to update a user’s mailing address, you can either:
- Provide the updated address to TSC during the badge application process, or
- Edit the address directly on the TSC website.
AirBadge is intentionally designed to store only the minimum personally identifiable information (PII) required for credentialing. Limiting stored PII is a core principle of our platform.
How mailing address data is used
- During the badge application workflow, AirBadge collects the applicant’s mailing address and submits it to TSA.
- TSA may use this address if they need to send written advisories (such as appeal options) to individuals who fail a Security Threat Assessment (STA).
