An alias on your badge application should be listed if it was a former name, maiden name, birth name, or spelling variation. Do not include nicknames as an alias unless they were at one time your legal name.
AirBadge accommodates a maximum of three aliases during the badge application process. If you have more than three aliases, list the three most recent aliases. Be sure to include the names listed on all the identity documents submitted with your badge application.
