AirBadge tracks signatory authority at the company level, so any signatory in the same company can review and respond to steps during a badge application. However, if the signatory is with a different company, AirBadge does not support moving the application to another company. Here’s why:
Role of the Signatory in the Badge Application Process
The badge application captures the signatory’s agreement to sponsor the badge. If the badge application is signed by the wrong individual, that agreement is not properly documented.
To move the badge application to a different company:
- Terminate the incorrect application to prevent any confusion.
- Restart the badge application: Create a new badge application under a signer from the correct company.
