If you are a signatory or badge holder reporting a lost badge, report the issue to the badge office immediately.
To apply for a replacement badge, select the Start process button on the Badge Applications screen. You will need to re-enter the badge type, endorsements, and other details.
Note: Lost, stolen, and destroyed badges cannot be renewed. Only active badges nearing their expiration date are eligible for renewal. Your badge office may require you to start a new badge application for a new badge. Depending on your airport’s policies, you may need to complete a Lost Badge Form or follow other procedures.
