AirBadge works well on any computer or mobile device. Each AirBadge airport has their own URL. You can find your airport’s URL at the bottom of every AirBadge email. If you cannot find your AirBadge URL, ask your Authorized Signatory to resend your welcome email.

In isolated instances a company or government network may not not allow users to access to the AirBadge URL. In the event that your AirBadge URL is blocked by a network policy, try to access AirBadge from a different device or network such as from your mobile device or your home computer.

If the URL loads on the other device, the problem is probably related to your own device, web browser, or network.

AirBadge cannot ask your IT department to change their firewall. If you are unable to access AirBadge on any device, contact your badge office for assistance in completing your application.
