Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection to your AirBadge account. Instead of only entering your username and password (your first factor), you’ll also need a second factor: a temporary code.
How it works
- Login as usual: Enter your username and password.
- Enter the code: After submitting your credentials, you’ll receive a one-time code — either by email or text message, depending on your account setup.
- Complete login: Enter the code to finish signing in.
Without both factors, access to your account is blocked, even if someone knows your password.
Why two-factor matters
Traditional logins rely on one factor: something you know (your password). Two-factor adds a second piece: something you have (the one-time code we send you). This combination helps protect your account even if your password is compromised.
Quick tips
- Make sure your email address and mobile number in AirBadge are always up to date.
- If you don’t receive your code, check your spam or junk folder for emails, or verify that your phone number is correct.
- If you’re still unable to receive the code, contact your badge office or signatory for assistance.
